Just a head’s up…I have been trying to figure out what land the HOA waters using freshwater from our system and during that research, learned that the land at the corner of TBB&CRB right across from Rose Grass-the area with the key hole cut out on the ground- is actually WCID land. To my knowledge, the HOA has a water meter on this property and is watering&mowing it.
This will be a topic at the next meeting. I have asked Todd to bring us the cost to maintain it. I have no idea how this has gone under the radar for so long. In fact, I swear I have looked at this multiple times on TCAD and it never said WCID. But alas, here we are.
Interestingly, this area is watered with freshwater, NOT reclaimed. I don’t think we water anything that the DIstrict owns with freshwater.
